SYSGO released its support for RISC-V via its embedded Linux ELinOS version 7.2. The platform fully supports Microchip's PolarFire SoC Icicle. The ratification also sees fixes for the 2038 bug for all architectures.

SYSGO's RTOS PikeOS and hypervisor reached the highest-level of space safety standard ECSS-E-ST-40C (Category A) for the first time. According to the company, flight control, gateway, and monitoring can safely and securely run simultaneously in time and space.

SYSGO released version 1.1 of its real-time operating system, PikeOS for MPU. It will now support the Dahlia NG-Ultra system-on-a-chip (SoC) that leverages ARM-R52 cores and version 11.3 of the Gnu Compiler Collection. An added benefit is the ability to change the DDR memory without the need for adjustments with the Board Support Package (BSP). Another key highlight is an enhanced debug information view.

Klein-Winternheim, Germany. Thales Alenia Space will be integrating PikeOS (RTOS) for MPU into a telecom family branded SPACE INSPIRE (software defined telecommunication satellite). The decision was made based on the performance of PikeOS including various individual levels of security (MILS) and ECSS level B qualified base for critical systems.
