Find Your Security Vulnerabilities Through Open-Source Project

March 01, 2021

Started as an open-source Kickstarter project, the ChipWhisperer from NewAE is a combination of hardware and software that lets you record signals form an MCU board. This provides lots of insight into what’s actually taking place on the board including the details surrounding its security.

The example in the video, demonstrated by NewAE’s CTO Colin O’Flynn, just scratches the surface on the device’s capabilities. In a nutshell, the product aims to expose any potential vulnerabilities in your embedded board’s design. NewAE will be demonstrating the ChipWhisperer at (virtual) Embedded World, and Colin will be on hand to answer any questions you might have.
