Vicor Releases the Low-Power DCM2322 Family of Isolated, Regulated DC-DC Modules

Vicor?s DCM2322 ChiP family is a lower-power variant of the Vicor DCM3623 series.

Vicor’s DCM2322 ChiP family is a lower-power variant of the Vicor DCM3623 series. Packaged in a 22 x 23 x 7mm ChiP, the devices offer an input voltage range from 43V to 154V, 14V to 72V, and 9V to 50V, with power levels from 35 to 120W and efficiencies up to 90.5 percent. Vicor DCMs use high-frequency zero-voltage switching topology to achieve leading thermal and electrical performance, with power densities up to five times greater than legacy solutions. The DCM2322 ChiPs meet SWAP-C demands in defense and aerospace applications. Both T-grade (–40 to 125°C) and M-grade (–55 to 125°C) options are available.
