SCADA device for industrial use

SCADA with enhanced features

We provide AM335X based SCADA device for industrial use. The SCADA is a Linux-based embedded board providing real-time performance in a small form factor. Anchored by TI's ARM cortex-A8 1-Ghz processor, SCADA is integrated with the following on board: RS232/serial interface (2), RS485 interface (2), CAN interface, LTE modem, Wifi, Ethernet, eMMC, SD card, USB (2), 512MB SRAM, 1024K eprom, I2C, SPI, 8 LED's, 4 switches and 20 GPIOs.

This product is designed to serve clients in the fields of automotive, telecom, medical, remote automation, and industrial control. Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) is additional software system that gathers data from industrial devices. Our SCADA device archive the information, provide data visualisation, alarms, and other functions. They are also used to control the devices they connect to.

Generally Our SCADA system is a centralized system which monitors and controls entire area. It is purely software package that is positioned on top of Our hardware. A supervisory system gathers data on the process and sends the commands control to the process. The SCADA is a remote terminal unit which is also known as RTU. Most control actions are automatically performed by RTUs or PLCs. The RTUs consist of programmable logic converter which can be set to specific requirement. For example, in the thermal power plant the water flow can be set to specific value or it can be changed according to the requirement.

The SCADA system allows operators to change the set point for the flow, and enable alarm conditions incase of loss of flow and high temperature and the condition is displayed and recorded. The SCADA system monitors the overall performance of the loop. The SCADA system is a centralized system to communicate with both wire and wireless technology to Client devices. The SCADA system controls can run completely all kinds of industrial process.
