u-blox announced its SARA-R410M-63B module has been certified for Japan market on the LTE-M cellular network of the domestic network operators.

The SARA-R410M-63B modules are developed for mission-critical IoT solutions. These modules feature immutable root of trust (RoT). The RoT provides a trusted set of advanced security functionalities.

u-blox’s CellLocate cellular positioning technology enables standalone location estimation based on surrounding mobile network information or in conjunction with GNSS (Global Navigation Satellite System) positioning data to improve location.

Objects and resources are customizable and are able to be created and added to devices that are already commercially in the field via the LWM2M dynamically loaded objects functionality.  Additional features include manufacturing in ISO/TS 16949-certified production sites and an operating temperature range of –40° C to +85° C.
