Rich Nass of Embedded Computing Design speaks with Christian Ganninger of Pentair at embedded world 2017 Hall 3A, Booth 115 about, ho-hum, another integrated embedded system solution. Actually, as Ganninger explains, what Pentair has brought to the table with its chassis design is high-speed, power, and cooling with I/O that supports multiple modular add-on boards/components. Add in driver and software development, as well as global engineering support, and developers of industrial and networking-grade equipment will understand what sets these solutions apart.
